Terms and ConditionsThe Terms and Conditions of the Cooperative are the
written policies that govern how CBEC operates. They are reviewed
and approved by the State Corporation Commission (SCC). All members
receive a copy when they sign up for service. The most recent,
approved Terms and Conditions are posted below in PDF format; which
