Call Before You Dig

Anyone planning to dig must first call Miss Utility.  IT'S THE LAW!  This service is free and CBEC will be notified of your proposed plans and will locate and mark all of our underground facilities. By calling Miss Utility, you will be able to dig safely without endangering the lives of you or anyone working with you.

Remember to call at least 48 hours before you dig.

AMR

You must still provide your meter reading to us each month even if you have a remote meter reading device on your electric service.  Try to read the meter approximately the same date each month.  You may call in the reading during normal business hours or use the website.

Security Lights

CBEC offers yard light service for a monthly fee plus possible construction costs.  Contact the Cooperative office for more information.

Automated Payment Plan

Have your bill automatically deducted from your checking or savings account.  Request an enrollment form by calling or visiting our office.  You must still report your meter reading to us.

Credit Card Payments

Please call us or pay in the office Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.  You must still report your meter reading to us.
